How do I hire the photo booth?
Hiring our photo booth in Alsace couldn't be easier. Simply contact us with the date and location of your event. We'll guide you through the available options to customise your experience and make sure everything is ready for your big day.
How long does setup and dismantling take?
Set-up usually takes 30–40 minutes, while dismantling takes around 20–30 minutes. We arrive well before the event begins to ensure that everything is fully prepared and working on time.
When do you deliver and collect the photo booth for a weekend event?
For weekend events, we aim to deliver the photo booth on Friday whenever possible. Collection then takes place on Sunday morning, usually around 10 am.
This arrangement lets you enjoy the photo booth throughout your event and helps us plan equipment collection.
If you'd like to keep the photo booth until Monday, we offer Monday collection for an additional €50 including VAT.
Please arrange this option in advance so we can plan collection.
Can the photo booth be personalised (screen background, photo frame and so on)?
Yes. We offer customisation options including logos, messages and event themes on your photos. Our team also creates bespoke print designs to make sure everything matches your expectations.
Do you provide photo props?
Yes. For an additional €25, we offer a wide range of props including hats, glasses and wigs. Themed accessories tailored to your event are also available on quotation.
How do we receive the photos taken with the photo booth?
All photos taken with the photo booth are automatically saved digitally.
After your event, we'll prepare your gallery and usually send you the following Tuesday access to a secure online photo gallery.
You can then easily view and download all the photos taken during your event.
Once your gallery is online, you can share access with your guests so they can browse and download pictures from the celebration as well.
This gives you a complete digital keepsake of your event, alongside the prints made on site.
