J&C Memories cannot be held responsible for interruptions or malfunctions attributable to the hosting provider.

J&C Memories endeavours to ensure continuous access to the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Website allows users to contact J&C Memories through a contact form.
Information provided is used solely to respond to the enquiry.
Appointment booking and service reservations are managed via the external Planfy platform.

The Website may use third-party services needed for its operation or to manage our services, including:
- traffic analysis via Google Analytics,
- quotes, invoicing and electronic signatures via Sellsy,
- business direct debit management via GoCardless,
- client photo gallery hosting via Jingoo (until December 2025), then Pixieset.

J&C Memories cannot be held liable for:
